Growth Framework

Growth Framework Clark County is responsible for land use planning in all areas outside of the incorporated cities and Tribal lands. This section addresses the many factors that influence the location, extent, and types of development that will occur in unincorporated areas of Clark County in the future. This section is intended as a tool for developers, property owners, elected and appointed officials, partner agencies, service providers, and the community-at large.
